Kate Anderson graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in 2005. After a year trying to avoid illustration altogether she started freelancing in 2006 and set up this website as a showcase for her work.

Kate plays with photographs, pens, paints, ink and stencils as well as digital software to create an image that has had all sorts of different media contribute to the eventual outcome. She takes a great deal of influence from people, modern society, TV culture and current affairs. She also likes getting out of the city at weekends to keep her sane.
